no, I'm not talking about email my server sends - LOL! That means when bypassing the firewall, STARTTLS works fine, such asSTARTTLS connections with the local mail servers or telnet injection tests. Telnet works from both environment to the SMTP server.
Thing is, most of them go through, but every 4 or 5 emails bounce back with this:Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Don't really have a good-and-reliable way to test the scripting emails, but I'll leave logging on for a day and see if I get any weird bounces, then reference the log. No need to derail the topic over a comment in an addendum post, how about something constructive towards the subject of the primary (previous) post? Since this problem occurs with remote email destinations that runPIX, it mightnot be practical to turn this off or recommend turning it off.
