DO I have to reinstall Incredimail for it to fix this? So, in previous post I was asking if there was something wrong because I couldnt write to the domain navegante.com.sv. On here as "tech support" for my mom who uses IncrediMail .. I reinstalled version 2.36. http://unordic.com/smtp-error/smtp-error-code-10054.html

If you are using IIS SMTP Server, I recommend you post thread on IIS forum for effective response. Is not my problem right? So, there is nothing wrong with the latest version (2.37). In fact, one email I am sending to navegante.com.sv (one of the example below) is giving troubles.
