So I decided to do the schema extension.
No further replies will be accepted. Referring on TechNet the ExtAdSch.exe is a good way to do this so I executed extadsch.exe on a domain controller. For me the error seemed to be very obvious. then I add my account into the Schema Admins group and try extend again.
