My situation was that the e-mails were delivered to users who had access to send e-mail outside our network ([email protected]) but got the following error message for internal e-mail users ([email protected]) Ensure your mail server is configured correctly. I've tried contacting Symantec - but they refuse to help because I'm not their customer. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to resolve it?
